How to redeem?
1. Tap on the cake you like to view the detail.
2. Add the cake to the cart.
3. Select Delivery or Self-pickup and press "Check Out.
4. Apply the Promo Code (either printed on your physical voucher or inside Relationship Manager's birthday message) at the Check Out page before completing the order.
5. An order confirmation email will be sent to your mailbox as an acknowledgement.
6a. 2023 Promo Code extends for one year after your birthday month. For instance, if your birthday month is April 2023, the Promo Code will remain valid until 31st of March 2024
6b. 2024 Promo Code extends until the end of 2024. For instance, if your birthday month is February 2024, the promo code will remain valid until 31 December 2024
Terms & Conditions
1. You can use the Unique Promo Code on this voucher to redeem 1 cake from Paul Lafayet Joy Cake series
2. Pre-order 2 days in advance via online designated website (QR code on this voucher) is required. Online pre-order cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed
3. The voucher and Unique Promo Code can only be used once on or before the expiry date stated
4a. 2023 Promo Code extends for one year after your birthday month. For instance, if your birthday month is April 2023, the Promo Code will remain valid until 31st of March 2024
4b. 2024 Promo Code extends until the end of 2024. For instance, if your birthday month is February 2024, the promo code will remain valid until 31 December 2024
5. Redemption is not available on the following days:
--- 2024: 1 Jan, 11-14 Feb, 11-12 May, 16 Jun, 17 Sep, 24-26 & 31 Dec and Crème Brûlée Festival
6. This voucher is non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, gift vouchers or other merchandises
7. This voucher is not for resale, trade or promotional purposes without authorization from Paul Lafayet
8. Any add-ons such as the Birthday Chocolate Plaque or any other products added to the cart will be charged in full price.
9. Pickup orders must be picked up from the selected branch on the selected date and at the selected time slot.
10. Cakes that are not picked up on the selected date will be sold to any other customers. No compensation will be arranged including but not limited to renewal of promo code and arrangement of another cake for pickup.
11. Paul Lafayet and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited will not be liable for the loss, theft, damage, and misuse of any issued voucher
12. Paul Lafayet and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited reserve the right to amend the above terms without prior notice
13. Paul Lafayet and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited reserve the right of all final decisions in case of any disputes
14. In the event of any conflicts or discrepancy between the English version and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail
