Strawberry Tart - Artisanal Pastries
Fresh and juicy but nutty and creamy - This tart is the perfect combination of all the flavours that comfort us through a humid spring season. Inside a classic tart crust is a bed of pistachio dacquoise cradling vanilla cream and strawberry compote, topped with fresh strawberries, pistachio mascarpone cream, and chopped pistachio pieces.
Contains: Flour, butter, icing sugar, eggs, almond powder, cream, frozen strawberries, mascarpone, egg white, sugar, pistachio paste, egg yolks, gelatin, crushed pistachios, inulin, salt, lemon juice, pectin.

Delivery
Delivery service is provided upon request within the Hong Kong SAR (Excluding outlying islands and restricted areas). There is a HK$150 delivery fee for orders of $499 or below, and a HK75 delivery fee for orders of $500 - $799. Delivery is free for orders valued at HK$800 or above.
