From carefully selected ingredients to the sophisticated flavour and artful presentation, this creation showcases pistachio's remarkable versatility at its finest.
The cake features three harmonious layers that create a symphony of textures. At the top lies a delicate pistachio crunch layer made with authentic Dubai pistachio chocolate, followed by a velvety dark chocolate ganache that provides a rich counterpoint. The foundation is an almond dacquoise that adds subtle nutty crispness to complete this culinary composition. The crowning touch comes from the pistachio chocolate decoration on top, which adds both visual elegance and another layer of pistachio goodness.

Delivery
Delivery service is provided upon request within the Hong Kong SAR (Excluding outlying islands and restricted areas). There is a HK$150 delivery fee for orders of $499 or below, and a HK75 delivery fee for orders of $500 - $799. Delivery is free for orders valued at HK$800 or above.
