2025 Mother’s Day Orange Mousse Cake – Joy Cake
For the first time, we've partnered with the most favoured French jam brand, Bonne Maman, to create this specially curated Mother's Day Limited Edition cake. Featuring their Intense Orange Marmalade (30% less sugar), each batch is carefully prepared by our chef to achieve the perfect harmony of zesty orange peel and juicy pulp within the delicate mousse.
Every layer tells a story of love: freshly baked ladyfingers alternate with handcrafted orange marmalade, all embraced by a cloud-like vanilla mousse, and adorned with macarons and white chocolate buttons - a sweet tribute to mother's enduring tenderness.

Delivery
Delivery service is provided upon request within the Hong Kong SAR (Excluding outlying islands and restricted areas). There is a HK$150 delivery fee for orders of $499 or below, and a HK75 delivery fee for orders of $500 - $799. Delivery is free for orders valued at HK$800 or above.
