Product related

For cakes, we suggest keeping them refrigerated between 2-4°C, it can at most be placed in room temperature for 2-3 hours and should be consumed within 2 days after received.

For macarons, we suggest keeping them refrigerated between 2-4°C, it can at most be placed in room temperature for 4-5 hours and should be consumed within 4 days after received.

For cookies, we suggest keeping them at room temperature, and should be consumed before the expiration date.

Crème Brûlée products are chilled before we sell to customers. Even after torching the surface, the Crème Brûlée will still be in a cool temperature state.

We are sorry, at the moment we do not offer any vegan options for cakes. We are working on developing cakes that would fit different dietary requirements in the future and hopefully, they will be launching soon.

Online Ordering

Use the "Add to cart" button to add products to the shopping cart.

On the Cart page, select your preferred delivery/pick-up method and fill in the required information including shipping details and credit card details.

Apply any discount code you may have at the last stage of checkout.

Once you confirm, you will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately.

You may contact us via order@paullafayet.com and let us know your request.

We reserve the right to accept/reject your request based on operational limitations.

Store Pickup & Delivery

We offer self pick up at our shops and delivery service within the Hong Kong SAR (except Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok including Hong Kong International Airport, and Hong Kong Disneyland). Delivery fee will be charged and no international delivery service.

Please present your order confirmation email in person at the selected boutique upon arrival. Personal information (such as contact number) might be needed for verification purposes.

Please forward your order confirmation email to the third party as authorisation. The third party will be required to present the order confirmation email upon collection.

Screen capture of the order confirmation email is not accepted.

There is a HK$150 delivery fee for orders of $499 or below, and a HK$75 delivery fee for orders of $500 - $799. Delivery is free for orders valued at HK$800 or above.

Service will be suspended once typhoon signal no.8 or a black rainstorm is hoisted. The customer has to reschedule the pick-up/ delivery date to another date. Please contact our boutiques directly for more information. We will try to be in touch with our customers to work out feasible arrangements.
