2025 Mother’s Day Blueberry Cheese Cake – Delight Cake
For the first time, we've partnered with the most favoured French jam brand, Bonne Maman, to present this Mother's Day Limited Edition Blueberry Cheesecake. Featuring their Intense Blueberry Jam (30% less sugar), perfectly balanced between sweet and tart with plump, whole blueberries.
This delicate cake starts with a fluffy almond joconde, layered with homemade blueberry gelée crafted from Bonne Maman jam, then enveloped in a light and creamy cheese mousse. The top is adorned with a ring of Chantilly cream and a generous mound of fresh blueberries at the centre, accented with edible flower petals - every detail whispers gratitude and love for Mom.

Delivery
Delivery service is provided upon request within the Hong Kong SAR (Excluding outlying islands and restricted areas). There is a HK$150 delivery fee for orders of $499 or below, and a HK75 delivery fee for orders of $500 - $799. Delivery is free for orders valued at HK$800 or above.
